Laptop SKU/Part number decoder
Get specifications and value of a laptop
Manufacturers identify their products using an SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) or part number, in the case of computers this is a very handy and quick way to find out the original specification of the computer as it was configured when it was produced. Finding the exact specification via other means can often be quite difficult. Brands currently supported are Acer, Alienware, Asus, Dell, Fujitsu, HP, LG, Lenovo, MSI, NEC, Samsung, Sony and Toshiba branded laptops. Although designed for laptops it works to some degree on most computers, tablets, printers, PC hardware and accessories as well. The format varies by manufacturer as does the location although it is normally found on on a sticker on the bottom of the laptop. If it contains slashes, hashes or hyphens please include them. Alternatively this tool can now accept the 13 digit EAN, this is numbers only and normally printed under the barcode.
